At Polyester Studio (the first studio I ever interned at, and later became an Art Director for), we were tasked with creating an animated acid trip in episode five of the TV adaptation of Rick Remender's comic book Deadly Class. We went to town on the over the top drug inspired script and created two minutes of intense acid fulled animated action along with a dancing Chocophant.

Deadly Class has wrapped in its first season and can be seen on SyFy in the U.S. and the Space channel in Canada and Netflix in Europe.
Responsible for Art Direction & Animation from 00:29 - 00:50
1: Styleframes
...for my assigned portion of the script, where Marcus (protagonist) hallucinates a giant man which symbolizes his guilt from a previous episode.
2: Storyboards
Very rough and loosey-goosey to save more time for the complex animation.
3: Leica
After boarding the panels were cut into a leica, and because this project was so detailed I decided to animate straight from the clean keyframes to save time (my brain is weird and likes complex tasks).
